Before a paid order, AI-GIN must display the main characteristics of the service, trader identity, total or calculable price, billing period, payment method, contract duration and termination conditions.
Payment confirmation
A paid order must clearly indicate that activation creates an obligation to pay.
Withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance contract, consumers generally have 14 days to exercise it. Exceptions and consequences depend on the service and whether performance has begun with the required express request/acknowledgement.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellation must be available under the conditions shown before purchase. Cancellation of future renewal is different from statutory withdrawal from a newly concluded contract.
